Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the booking portal and grooming services provided by Little Stinkers Natural Pet Foods & Grooming(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking an appointment or using our portal, you agree to these Terms.
Appointments and booking
- Booking requests are not confirmed until we accept them. We will confirm your appointment by message or phone.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet, including health, age, and behavioral concerns.
Cancellations and no-shows
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book in advance.
Health, safety, and your pet
- You confirm your pet is in good health and up to date on required vaccinations. Tell us in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or behavioral issues.
- For the safety of your pet and our staff, we may decline or stop a service if a pet is aggressive, in distress, or unfit for grooming. We will contact you if this happens.
- If we discover a health concern (such as matting, skin issues, or parasites), we will let you know. Some conditions may require adjusting the service or referral to a veterinarian.
- Grooming of matted or special-needs pets carries inherent risk. We use reasonable care, but you accept that some risks cannot be fully eliminated.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices may vary based on your pet’s size, coat condition, behavior, and the services performed.
Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages and calls from us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Photos
We may take before/after photos of your pet for grooming records. We will ask for your permission before using any photo for promotional purposes such as social media.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or for outcomes that arise despite our reasonable care.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
